December is about to get a lot more interesting. From the 1st to the 24th, we'll be hiding letters throughout our site—some tucked away in brand-new stories and others in existing articles—four separate times. Your mission is simple: stay alert, hunt down the letters, and figure out the secret word for each round!

❄️ Here’s how it works

• Four chances to win: Throughout December (1st–24th), we're running four distinct prize draws across different sections of our site. For each one, you'll need to piece together a specific solution word.4 prize draws: Between 1 and 24 December, four full prize draws take place across four different sections, each requiring you to put together one solution word.
• Every three days, a new draw kicks off. Each consists of two parts, both starting at 11 am. During these windows, you'll need to find three hidden letters scattered across the news and feature articles on merkur-official.de within the designated section.Every 3 days: Each prize draw consists of two parts (starting at 11am each) in which you look for 3 new hidden letters in the selected section across news and articles on merkur-official.de.
• Once a week, you'll use all the letters you've collected to form a complete 6-letter solution word.Weekly: All collected letters form the solution word consisting of 6 letters.
• How to enter: Just follow us over on Instagram and slide into our DMs at @merkur_com with the correct solution word. That's all it takes to get your name in the draw!Take part: Follow us on Instagram and send us the solution word via Direct Message to @merkur_com – and you’ll be entered into the draw!

Here is how it works: you scan our news and articles to find the letters that spell out M – E – R – K – U – R. To make it a challenge, we'll hide the first half (M – E – R) on the first day of the draw, and the second half (K – U – R) on the fourth day.M – E – R – K – U – R. We hide the first three letters, M – E – R, on day 1 and the remaining three letters, K – U – R, on day 4 of the prize draw.

Once you've hunted down every letter, just arrange them in the correct sequence to reveal the word 'MERKUR'. Then, head over to Instagram and send the solution to @merkur_com via Direct Message. By doing this, you're automatically entered for a chance to win that week's prize.MERKUR. Now it’s your turn: Send us the solution word via Direct Message on Instagram to @merkur_com. This automatically enters you into the draw and gives you the chance to win the weekly prize.
