From the moment you step inside a MERKUR Arcade, the unique mood of the space hits you immediately. This distinct ambiance is one of our trademarks and is deeply rooted in our history. In fact, back in 1974, our very first location in Delmenhorst was modeled after the luxury and elegance of four-star hotels.

Lighting

Lighting is a cornerstone of the MERKUR design philosophy. Because light so heavily influences how we feel, we use it strategically to help you stay immersed and focused on your gaming experience.

To prevent glare and eliminate distractions, we keep the general lighting around the machines low. Since the gaming terminals are already bright and colorful, the surrounding area is dimmed to create a better balance.
